no matter what ! we wont give up !

vulcanz is having intensive practice everyday in school..
everyone are giving their FULL OUT..!! and.. that cause
injuries to everyone of us..


for me.. i have blue blacks all over my arms.. my finger
are now BLACK..! i folded my finger during the stunts..
everyone of us are tired.. due to the super intensive training..!


but.. we will not give up.. this is all just a small matter to us..
i know we can do better than what we did in every practice..
like what people said.. no pain, no gain!


we'll do our very best in every of our practices.. we've came
so damn far.. we cant give up so easily.. we must work it out
together..! we're a team..! like i said.. vulcanz is a big family!

please.. no matter what happen.. stay strong.. stay focus..

i'm back.. finally back..! i was very very very busy this whole
month.. i guess you guys know what i'm talking about
right? cheerleading!!!!!


but first.. sorry guys..! i'm so busy til i have no time for

anyways.. back to the 'cheer' topic.. having practices
everyday.. every single day! hare core hard core hard core!
yesterday's gym was until 9pm.. super duper hard core..
work out + practicing the whole routine!


all the bloods, sweats and hard feelings.. its worth it..
